About Our Support Workers

All staff have a six-week induction period before starting with Outreach, and are all DBS checked; they shadow established members of staff to ensure the service is delivered in line with the person centred care plan, guidelines and risk assessments are in place. Safeguards are also in place to ensure that service users care needs are positive and always promote dignity and respect.

There are currently 2 Seniors who oversee the supervision/reflection of other staff on duty and to ensure that the services users are able to live as independent a lifestyle as possible within their own homes.

Staff are managed by a named service manager and a registered manager.
