122 Butterstile Lane is a 3-bedroom detached house with 24-hour support per day over a 7-day period. There is also a sleep in room for staff members on duty overnight.

Within the house, there are 2 lounges downstairs, the large lounge having patio doors to the garden area, whilst the smaller lounge gives accesses to the kitchen.
​
There is spacious garden to the rear of the house with a table and chairs. There is a wet room on the ground floor and a bathroom/toilet and a separate toilet on the first floor.
​
Downstairs boasts it owns sensory room with blackout curtains, a CD player and comfy bean bags for services users and staff to relax in/on.
​
There are plenty of in- house activities facilitated such as baking, arts and crafts, music and board games to stimulate the senses. Interaction from staff also plays a vital role in supporting our
vulnerable adults.
Our Support
This house supports services users who may need a much higher level of support. For example, the current services users are non-verbal and all have profound learning disabilities and are supported 1-1 all day, with a sleep in person throughout the night. Whilst there is also technology in place such as Care-link and door sensors.

About Our Support Workers
All staff have a six-week induction period before starting with Outreach, and are all DBS checked; they shadow established members of staff to ensure the service is delivered in line with the person centred care plan, guidelines and risk assessments are in place. Safeguards are also in place to ensure that service users care needs are positive and always promote dignity and respect.

There are currently 2 Seniors who oversee the supervision/reflection of other staff on duty and to ensure that the services users are able to live as independent a lifestyle as possible within their own homes.
​
Staff are managed by a named service manager and a registered manager.
