Congratulations go to Zoe Cracknell, Outreach employee of the month for April.
Zoe was nominated by Kate Coxton who in nominating her, said that Zoe had shown true commitment to her role, had stayed on and gone over and above in ensuring that service users were able to keep within their usual routine as much as possible, under adverse conditions and kept staff informed and motivated throughout the difficult situations.
Further, that Zoe had ensured all were informed as appropriate of the condition of a service user and had done so with a smile and upbeat manner.
Kate went on to say “You need to be commended and rewarded for your commitment and enthusiasm throughout some very difficult situations”
In appreciation for all she has done Zoe will be awarded an extra annual leave day and certificate.
